
Colin Castleton is an American center who plays for the Toronto Raptors in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Hailing from Pembroke Pines, Florida, Castleton's journey to the NBA began at Father Catholic High School in Daytona Beach, Florida. After averaging 24.5 points, 11.7 rebounds and 5.6 blocks per contest in the senior year of his prep career, Castleton began his college career in 2018.
Castleton committed to University of Michigan and played for the Michigan Wolverines from 2018 to 2020. He played in 44 games, scoring 99 points and grabbing 101 rebounds for the Wolverines. Castleton transferred to University of Florida and joined the Florida Gators in 2020. He averaged 16.0 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game for the Gators in the 2022-23 season, as per the Gators' official website.

Colin Castleton went undrafted in the 2023 NBA draft. After going undrafted, Castleton signed a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers in July 2023 and he was assigned to the team's NBA G League affiliate South Bay Lakers. However, due to a wrist injury, he was unable to show his full potential during his time with the South Bay Lakers. After stints with team such as Long Island Nets and Philadelphia 76ers, Castleton was signed by the Toronto Raptors in April 2025.
