#2 Troy Williams
Troy Williams has yet to light up the NBA, although the 24-year-old still has plenty of raw potential. After going undrafted in the 2016 NBA draft, Williams has played just 72 regular-season games over spells with the Memphis Grizzlies, Houston Rockets, New York Knicks, and Sacramento Kings, averaging 6.0 points and 2.7 rebounds in 16.3 minutes.
Nevertheless, Williams notably lit up the G-League with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, averaging 19.4 points and 5.7 rebounds, and the Virginia native is a much younger option than the other forwards currently available. Due to his age, Williams also has the potential to force himself into Luke Walton's long-term plans, and the Indiana product will be desperate to prove his doubters wrong after bouncing around the league over the past three seasons.
