The Dallas Mavericks versus Utah Jazz matchup is the only NBA game scheduled for Thursday night. The Mavericks visit the Jazz at Delta Center for their second meeting of the season. Dallas won the first one 110-102 on Oct. 28 at American Airlines Center.

The Mavericks are looking to snap a three-game losing streak and are coming off a tough 120-117 defeat to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday. They have been inconsistent this season on both sides of the floor and are currently 12th in the Western Conference standings at 5-6.

On the other hand, the Jazz have the worst record in the West and fourth-worst in the NBA at 2-8. They lost to the Kevin Durant-less Phoenix Suns 120-112 on Tuesday. Lauri Markkanen's production is down and struggling shooting the ball at just 38.9%.
