Pardubice, CZECH REPUBLIC-- Jaromir Bohacik's 20 points for the Czechs helped them in their win against Iceland at home. Iceland were led by Martin Hermannsson, who had 29 points in the loss in the FIBA World Cup qualifier European region.

Iceland's horrific three-point shooting (17%) proved to be fatal in the 20-point loss to the Czechs. The Czechs avoided fouling the Icelandic squad because of Iceland's 96% free throw shooting.

Czech Republic's next game is against Finland while Iceland take on Bulgaria.
