De'Anthony Melton, a basketball guard for the Golden State Warriors, was born on May 28, 1998. He was selected by the Houston Rockets as the 46th pick in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft. In July 2019, following a season with the Phoenix Suns, he was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies. He was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2022 off-season after spending three seasons in Memphis. In July 2024, after two seasons, he signed with the Golden State Warriors.
