Devin Carter is an American basketball prospect who is one of the draft prospects for the NBA draft of 2024. Carter plays for the basketball team of Providence College as part of the Big East Conference. He initially played at the University of South Carolina before transferring to Providence. Carter’s college career took off during his time with Providence where he earned All-Big East honours.

Carter began his basketball journey while attending high school at Cherry Creek High School. He later transferred to Doral Academy. Post an injury-stricken season at Doral, Carter moved on to play at Brewster Academy. By the time he completed his high school career, Carter was a three-star recruit.
