A viral screenshot of an alleged tweet by LeBron James made waves on X (formerly Twitter) Monday, claiming the LA Lakers star had commented on the controversy surrounding Heisman winner Travis Hunter and his fiancée, Leanna Lenee.
Hunter and Lenee deactivated their social media accounts after a video resurfaced allegedly showing Lenee dancing provocatively with another man at a party years ago, despite being in a relationship with Hunter.
Additionally, another viral post claimed Lenee had been in another man’s DMs in late 2020, reportedly during a time when Hunter publicly stated they were already committed.

As the controversy unfolded, a supposed tweet from James began circulating, reading:
“MANNN TRAVIS HUNTER’S GIRL IS RIDICULOUS!!!”
The quote, however, originated from the parody account NBA Centel and is entirely fabricated. LeBron James’ last verified post on X was on Sunday, where he expressed admiration for Saquon Barkley.
LeBron James' wife Savannah James explains why their marriage works
Being married to an NBA superstar like LeBron James has its challenges, especially with his demanding schedule keeping him on the road. Savannah James recently opened up about how they navigate these challenges, explaining how they make their relationship work.
On the “Everybody’s Crazy” podcast, Savannah shared that she has adjusted to cherishing moments at home since LeBron often prefers to relax when he’s not traveling.
"My love language is also quality time," Savannah said. "And I think that it just depends on the mood like I'm totally okay spending time in the house on the couch snuggled up watching TV. I mean we can get into a series and binge it we can watch movies, we can watch scary movies."
While she enjoys going out, Savannah noted that their time together often leans toward staying in due to LeBron’s rigorous NBA schedule.
"Or we can get dressed and go out. I think in my situation, unfortunately it airs more on the side of being in and watching TV just because LeBron has such a strenuous job," she added. "He's like, 'When I'm home I want to be home like I'm not trying to be outside.' Which I totally understand and I'm cool with."
LeBron and Savannah, who met in high school, got married in 2013. The couple, hailing from Akron, Ohio, got married in 2013 and have three children: Bronny, Bryce and Zhuri.
