
Dillon Keshaun Jones is an American professional basketball player who plays as a guard/small forward for the NBA franchise, Oklahoma City Thunder. Born in South Carolina, Jones went to Keenan High School initially but just before his senior year Jones got transferred to Sunrise Christian Academy, Kansas. As a freshman at Weber State, Jones averaged 8.2 points, and 5.8 rebounds, and led the team in steals. As a sophomore in 2022-2023, Jones played in 32 games starting 31 of those, and recorded 20 double-doubles that year tied for third-highest of any player that year. Jones was honored with unanimous selection to the All-Big Sky first team.
In his Junior year in 2923-24, Jones started in 31 games for the Wildcats as he led the Wildcats to a 20-win season. In his final year, He averaged 20 points,10 rebounds, and five assists per game as he was named the Big Sky Conference Most Valuable Player. In 2024 Jones declared for the NBA draft where he was selected as the 26th overall pick in the first round of the NBA draft by Wizards who traded his drafting rights to the New York Knicks who again traded them to the Oklahoma Thunder who ultimately drafted Jones. On March 19, 2025, Jones made his first start as an Oklahoma Thunder Player in a 133-100 win over the Philadelphia 76ers as he scored 11 Points and five assists in 35 minutes.
