Ja Morant has been a PR nightmare for the Memphis Grizzlies since the start of March and Dillon Brooks was recently fined by the NBA. Morant has been suspended by the league for eight games, while Brooks shoved a cameraman during their game against the Miami Heat.
A report on Twitter concerning Brooks went viral on Thursday, stating that the Grizzlies guard was arrested by Memphis Police. The claim was made by Buttcrack Sports, a satire and parody account on Twitter, which means the report is false.
Buttcrack Sports uploaded a video of the alleged arrest, but it was just a weird video of several policemen putting a trash can inside an ambulance. The page could be insuating that Brooks is a trash player, considering he's having a terrible season.

Dillon Brooks is averaging 14.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists this season. He's shooting an abysmal 38.8% from the field, including 31.7% from beyond the arc. His defense is still good, being a pest against opposing players.
However, it seems like the hate toward Brooks is due to his hilarious claims about the Grizzlies being a dynasty. He also recently took a shot at Draymond Green, who has four championship rings, saying he's just a regular player if not for the Golden State Warriors.
As mentioned earlier, Brooks shoved a cameraman in their game against the Miami Heat. Fans online remain unstoppable, dropping memes about the situation left and right.

Dillon Brooks fined $35K for shoving cameraman
The NBA fined Dillon Brooks $35,000 for shoving a cameraman in the Memphis Grizzlies' 138-119 loss to the Miami Heat on Wednesday. Brooks tried to get a loose ball before getting caught on the table on the sidelines in the second quarter.
However, Brooks proceeded to push the hapless cameraman beside him. The cameraman stumbled hard on to the floor, with Brooks walking away to continue playing.
According to the Heat's radio play-by-play announcer Jason Jackson, the cameraman suffered an injury. Jackson noted that the serviceman remains under evaluation because of an unnecessary push from an NBA player.
The league's executive vice president and head of operations Joe Dumars announced Brooks' punishment. The Grizzlies guard was fined for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Brooks' recent action came just a couple of weeks after getting suspended by the NBA for one game. He was given a one-game suspension for accumulating 16 technical fouls this season.
