#2 Stephen Curry [Overall: #8]

Houston Rockets v Golden State Warriors - Game Four
2-time MVP Stephen Curry

Earnings: $76.9 million [Salary: $34.9 million; Endorsements: $42 million]

Finally, the league's greatest 3-point shooter ever is receiving his due. However, those stopped within a year of the signing of this deal and in the three years since, Curry has won 2 MVP's (one unanimous), 2 NBA Championships and the regular-season record of 73 wins. When he was slated to become a free-agent in 2017, there was no doubt in anybody's mind that the Warriors would offer him the biggest possible share of their cap space as they can. Golden State did just that, signing the Chef to a 5-year $201 million deal, the largest in league history.
