Frank’s mother left war-struck Rwanda and moved to Belgium. His family moved to Strasbourg, France, when he was three years of age. His youth club career started at the age of five. He was a part of the Jordan Brand Classic International Game held in April 2014, where he helped SIG to win the French Youth League Championship in the 2014-15 season.
