Gilbert Arenas has claimed that the Golden State Warriors intentionally leaked the video of Draymond Green's incident with Jordan Poole. Green punched Poole during practice in the offseason, which created a lot of controversy in the Warriors organization.
In a recent interview with "VladTV," Arenas was asked about Green's actions against his teammates and the subsequent footage leak. The former Warriors player said that the defending champions released the video via TMZ on purpose.
"If the video came out, someone wanted it to be seen," Arenas said."

Gilbert Arenas further explained his theory by suggesting that the Golden State Warriors knew everything was being filmed. Whoever had the footage would be liable if it got leaked to the public, unless it came from the team itself.
"Okay, let's just put it to thought," Arenas said. "We have practice cameras; we have camera cameras; we have people filming. It happened. Who is in control of it all now? The team."
The three-time All-Star added that Draymond Green's contract situation played a part in the whole situation. Green can opt out of his deal at the end of the season and become a free agent. By having video evidence of his punch, the Warriors would have an excuse not to re-sign Green.
"The Warriors are painting a picture," Arenas said. "They have to justify why they won't offer somebody a certain amount of money or a long-term deal. Jordan Poole is the new face coming up. Now, if the Warriors don't re-sign Draymond, there is footage of why."

Draymond Green likely to leave Golden State Warriors
Draymond Green could become a free agent this summer if he chooses to opt out of the final year of his contract. Green, who turns 33 in March, is looking for one final huge contract before the twilight of his career.
An anonymous Western Conference executive believes there's a 'pretty strong' chance that Green could leave Golden State. The executive told Sean Deveney of Heavy Sports that Green's punch on Jordan Poole might have sealed his fate with the Warriors.
"If they win a championship again this year, there will be pressure to keep things together," the exec said. "But the stuff with the punch in the preseason, that probably put the nail in it. There was already a good chance he would go just because his production is not what it was, and he is getting older. It would be hard to justify paying him $20-something-million a year."
Green has already been linked to several teams, including the LA Lakers, Dallas Mavericks and Detroit Pistons. The former Defensive Player of the Year is averaging 7.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 6.7 assists this season.
