#1 Shaun Livingston
Throughout the early stages this season, Golden State's long-time veteran bench duo of Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston struggled for consistent form. As the season has progressed, Iguodala has managed to rediscover his form although Livingston has continued to falter - offering little impact from the bench.

The veteran point guard has also failed to develop a shot from beyond the arc, and despite his rapid decline, Livingston still stands to earn $7.6 million for the 19/20 season.
