The Golden State Warriors will be on the road to face the Minnesota Timberwolves in a key Western Conference matchup on Saturday. Both teams have similar 14-12 records. Minnesota is eighth in the standings, while Golden State is 10th.
After a solid start to the season, the Warriors' campaign has gone downhill very quickly as they have won just two of their past 10 games. They are also on a three-game losing streak and most recently suffered a 144-93 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday. Andrew Wiggins led the team with 19 points, as Steph Curry had just two points, three rebounds and an assist.
Minnesota is 6-4 in the past 10 games and is coming off of a frustrating 133-107 loss to the New York Knicks on Thursday. Julius Randle had 24 points and Anthony Edwards had 17, but they found very little help from the rest of the starters.
The Golden State Warriors vs Minnesota Timberwolves game is scheduled to tip off at 8 p.m. EST from Target Center. The game will be broadcast locally on FDSNNOX/KARE 11 and NBCSBA. Fans can also stream it live on NBA League Pass and fuboTV.

Golden State Warriors vs Minnesota Timberwolves: Key players
Steph Curry
Is Steph Curry finally on a downward trend? This is a question worth exploring after his dip in form this season. He is averaging just 22.0 points per game, his lowest since the 2011-12 season. In the past five games, he has crossed the 30-point barrier just once, which isn’t normal for one of the greatest scorers of all time.
However, Curry’s form in the Paris Olympics in the summer showed he has at least a few more good years left in him. But he needs to show that in the NBA season, and it needs to happen soon if the Warriors are to contend for a playoff spot.
Anthony Edwards
Edwards averages 25.9 points on the season. While he continues to impress, it hasn’t translated into wins for his team. After the loss to New York, Edwards expressed his frustration to the media, saying that apart from Randle and him, there was no one the team could rely on for consistent scoring. Well, Edwards might try to take things into his own hands against Golden State.
