That’s my favorite description of Blake Griffin, who in case you were sleeping under a rock dunked so hard on Kendrick Perkins (OKC Thunder) that his ancestors would have been rattled.
In case you still haven’t got it, Blake rose of the right side, elevated, elevated, kept elevating and dunked over the 6-10 Perkins on his face, in his grill, on his head, through him , around him, everywhere!
When Lebron James (who btw, jumped over a John Lucas II to complete an alley-hoop just the day before Blake) calls your dunk the best of the year and demotes himself to #2, you have done something epic. Now I am not a great Clippers fan, having my hots reserved for the gold and purple in city of angels, I have to say that this Clippers team can be really special (they made 4 consecutive 3-pointers in 51 secs!!!). They ain’t lob city for no reason. But back to Blake Griffin, last season (his debut one) he dunked over Timothy Mozgov of the Knicks so hard that if you are dunked on, you have been Mozgov’d! Well, what Kendrick Perkins got was a Mozgov Level 5 from Blake.

The most special thing about such moments is the reaction that you get from people around the central figures. DeAndre Jordan (a.k.a Jordan 3000) hugged Griffin so tight that he couldn’t even breathe. Needless to say, the bench exploded and everyone was biceps-flexing. As far as the Staples Centre goes, well I think all ball games in there are gonna be played in a roofless arena!! Apart from James, everyone on twitterverse was talking about this, including Shaquille O’ Neal’s ex-wife!
This dunk has also been called one of the best dunks of all time! And I think I will definitely put it up there in the Top 5 of all time. It is that great.
