Ricky Council IV is a collegiate basketball player who is presently on the roster of the SEC's Arkansas Razorbacks. He is a skilled 6'6" guard with all the equipment necessary to make the transition to the NBA.Both of Ricky's siblings played collegiate basketball. They go by the names Ricky Council II and III. Before moving to Arkansas, Ricky averaged 7.1 points and 3.4 rebounds at Wichita State.
