Austin Reaves is a professional basketball player currently playing for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was born on May 29, 1998, in Newark, Arkansas and grew up in Missouri. Reaves played college basketball at Wichita State University before transferring to the University of Oklahoma.

Austin Reaves played High School Basketball for Cedar Ridge High School located in his native city of Newark, Arkansas and College Basketball for Wichita State and Oklahoma.

Austin went undrafted in the 2021 NBA Draft but was later picked by the LA Lakers after signing a two-way Contract in August of 2021. After signing a Standard NBA Contract in September, he made his Debut for the Lakers on October 22, 2021.

Standing 6 feet 5 inches or about 1.96 meters tall, Austin Reaves has proven himself to be a versatile and skilled shooting guard. In addition to his height advantage over many opponents, he possesses excellent ball-handling skills and court vision that allow him to create scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates.

His Shooting accuracy combined with his tall frame makes him the player to watch out for in the coming years.

Austin Reaves has a Wingspan of 6 feet 6 and a half inches. When compared to other shooting guards in the NBA, Austin’s Wingspan is slightly shorter than average. Despite the shortness in length, his wingspan is still longer than his height.

Using his Wingspan, Austin Utilizes his reach potential to defend the rim, create space during layups when going for the basket, collect rebounds, and create turnovers by stealing the ball.

Despite these impressive attributes, there are still areas where Reaves can improve if he wants to excel even more as a professional player. One such area is defensive play where he needs work on staying focused throughout games and avoiding careless fouls that could put his team at risk.

Overall though, Austin Reeves' combination of size, athleticism, and skill set makes him one of the NBA's most promising young prospects today who still has plenty more potential yet untapped.
