Immanuel Quickley is a 25-year-old point guard who plays for the Toronto Raptors in the NBA. Following his sophomore season at Kentucky, he declared for the NBA Draft where he was selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder as a 25th pick in 2020. He was then swapped to the Timberwolves and eventually to the New York Knicks in exchange for Leandro Bolmoro.

Immanuel Quickley instantly showed his flashes of brilliance in his first year with the Knicks, where he was named to the NBA All-Rookie Team. He averaged 11.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 64 games that season (2020-21).

Last season (2022-23), the Kentucky standout had the best season of his career. His powerful showdown over the limited minutes helped his previous team, New York Knicks to finish the regular season as a fifth seed with a record 47-35. In 21 out of the 81 games started, he displayed career-high stats, averaging 14.9 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.4 assists on shooting 44.8% from the field including 37.0 % from behind the arc and 52.1% from the line.

Immanuel Quickley’s Contract

After getting drafted 25th overall out of Kentucky, Quickley signed a four-year rookie deal worth around $10.3 million with the New York Knicks. The contract also includes a Team option in the final two seasons and will be a restricted free agent in the 2024 off-season.
