Ivica Zubac is a Croatian basketball player who is the starting center of the Los Angeles Clippers. He is one of just four Croatians playing in the NBA as of 2023.
Born in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zubac grew up in the city of Citluk. His basketball roots trace back to Cibona, where he played in Croatia's top-tier A-1 League as well as the highly competitive ABA League. He also played in Serbia with the Mega Leks in 2016. Zubac arrived in the NBA when the Lakers drafted him in the 2016 NBA Draft with the 32nd overall pick.
