Jackson Rowe, a small forward for the Golden State Warriors' G-League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors, was born on July 1, 1997. He played for the Warriors in the 2024 Summer League before joining Santa Cruz in October 2024 He went to Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Utah, in the United States. During his time at Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Utah, Rowe shot 71.4 percent from the field and averaged 15.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, 3.4 steals, and 2.1 blocks a game. He was voted the Boys' Basketball Mid-Utah Radio Defensive Player of the Year and led the Tigers to a 29–4 overall record and a No. 14 ranking in the final USA Today Super 25 Expert Rankings.

Graduating in 2016, he joined the California State University, Fullerton. He led the Cal State Fullerton Titans in points and rebounds, averaging 15.6 points and 7.4 rebounds in 20 games. This earned him a spot on the second-team All-Big West. He finished fourth in the school's history with 21 double-doubles during his career, and he was second all-time in rebounds (811) and blocks (113). Rowe was undrafted in the 2020 NBA Draft; in the same season, he made his professional debut with the French LNB Pro A club Chorale Roanne. The next season, he joined the Norrköping Dolphins of the Swedish Basketball League. In March 2022, he joined the Ottawa BlackJacks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League, and then three months later, he joined Medi Bayreuth of the Basketball Bundesliga. He rejoined the Blackjacks in March 2023 and then joined the Santa Cruz Warriors in October of the same year. However, in May 2024, he joined the Scarborough Shooting Stars of the Canadian Elite Basketball League before returning to the Cruz Warriors in July.
