Born on July 6, 1990, Corey Jae Crowder is an American professional basketball power forward/small forward. He currently plays for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Crowder attended Villa Rica High School, where he was a two-sport star in basketball and football. He went on to play college basketball for South Georgia Technical College and later Howard College, where he led the team to an NJCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship in his sophomore season. He transferred to Marquette after his junior college eligibility ended.
He was drafted 34th overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2012 NBA draft. He was then drafted by the Dallas Mavericks on the night of the draft. He made his NBA debut on October 30, 2012, with them against the Los Angeles Lakers. Crowder has been essential to the roster of many a team, and was a vital cog in the Suns reaching the NBA finals. He signed with the Milwaukee Bucks on February 9, 2023. He has since re-signed with them on July 10, 2023.

He was initially traded to the Brooklyn Nets by the Phoenix Suns on February 9, 2023, alongside Cameron Johnson, and Mikal Bridges, and draft compensation, to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for Kevin Durant and T.J. Warren. The trade was further reworked making it a four-team trade, sending Crowder to Milwaukee. He re-signed with the Bucks on July 10, 2023.

He was traded to the Dallas Mavericks the following day alongside Jared Cunningham and Bernard James in exchange for Kelenna Azubuike and Tyler Zeller.
He was then traded to the Boston Celtics on December 18, 2014, with Jameer Nelson, Brandan Wright, a 2016 1st-round draft pick, and a 2016 2nd-round draft pick in exchange for Dwight Powell and Rajon Rondo.
He was subsequently traded to his original draft team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, on August 30, 2017. The deal included him being traded alongside Isaiah Thomas, Ante Žižić, a 2018 1st-round draft pick, and a 2020 2nd-round draft pick for Kyrie Irving.
Crowder was part of a three-team trade a year later on February 8, 2018, when he was traded to the Utah Jazz.
In July 2019, he was traded by the Jazz with Grayson Allen, Darius Bazley, Kyle Korver, and a 2022 1st-round draft pick to the Memphis Grizzlies.
Crowder was traded by the Memphis Grizzlies as a part of a 3-team trade on February 6, 2020, with Solomon Hill and Andre Iguodala to the Miami Heat. The Heat traded Dion Waiters and Justise Winslow to the Memphis Grizzlies and also traded James Johnson to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Minnesota Timberwolves traded Gorgui Dieng to the Memphis Grizzlies.
He signed as a free agent with the Phoenix Suns on November 28, 2022.
He was traded by the Suns to the Milwaukee Bucks on February 9, 2023, as a part of a four-team trade. He re-signed with them on July 8, 2023.
