Joe Ingles is an Australian Basketball veteran who has been playing organized Basketball since 2006. Ingles began as an inexperienced youth player out of Adelaide, Australia and played his first professional game for the South Dragons of the NBL after signing a multi-year deal with them. Ingles departed Australia to play overseas in Europe and signed with CB Granada in 2019 before transferring to FC Barcelona the next year. In 2013, he played a single season with Maccabi Tel Aviv and departed Europe to play in the NBA. The rest, as we know, is history. But as much as we know of Ingles' professional career, the same cannot be said for his international career.
