Born on September 28, 1995 in Madrid, Spain, Juancho Hernangomez is the younger brother of basketball player Willy Hernangomez. He has played basketball in Spain and the United States (NBA) before returning to play in Europe. In 2016, he was named as the Liga ACB Best Young Player. He is considered to be a talented basketball player and has impressed the crowds no matter whichever team he plays for. Juancho Herrnangomez’s NBA career started with the Denver Nuggets where he was a member from 2016-2020. Initially, he developed himself with the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA G League, known for its affiliation with Miami Heat. Later, he rejoined the Nuggets.
Juancho Hernangomez is notable for helping the Denver Nuggets defeat the Golden State Warriors with a score of 132-110 by scoring 27 points on February 13, 2017. However, he was unable to contribute much in the next season due to suffering from mononucleosis and appeared in 25 games.
