The Clippers are coming off a 105-103 win against the Toronto Raptors on Saturday. James Harden had a double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds. Norman Powell contributed 24 points as well.
LA, which is without Kawhi Leonard, endured a 2-4 start to the season but has won four straight games since. While Harden is no longer putting up the MVP-caliber numbers he put up between 2017 and 2020, he has been great, averaging 21.2 points, 9.0 assists, 8.1 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.0 blocks.
The Thunder lost 127-116 to the Golden State Warriors on Sunday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 24 points but that wasn’t enough as Steph Curry guided Golden State with 36 points, seven 3-pointers and seven assists.
Thunder will also be concerned about Chet Holmgren’s right iliac fracture. The center is ruled out for at least eight to 10 weeks after sustaining the injury in the first quarter on Sunday.
OKC, which is already without starting center Isaiah Hartenstein, will now have an even tougher task of defending opposing big men.

Norman Powell’s points total is set at 21.5. He is averaging a career-high 25.5 points per game. Bet on Powell to come good on Monday as well.
SGA’s point total is set at 29.5. While he had an off game by his standards on Sunday, expect the mercurial guard to have a bounceback game against the Clippers and score more than 29.5 points.

Despite the Thunder’s injury concerns, the oddsmakers favor them to win on Monday. While we predict the same, OKC might not be able to cover the spread. Also, with the Thunder’s defensive anchor sidelined for the foreseeable future, this should be a high-scoring game with the team total surpassing the 218.5-point mark.
