#1 Caldwell-Pope is increasingly likely to stay

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has been linked with a trade away from the Lakers since the early stages of the season.

Nevertheless, Caldwell-Pope has recently managed to force himself into Luke Walton's rotation, and the Los Angeles Times reported earlier this week that the 25-year-old was set to stay until the summer:

Caldwell-Pope, who is playing on a one-year deal worth $12 million, is not interested in being traded to New Orleans. Although Caldwell-Pope and the Lakers had been looking for a landing spot, one person unauthorized to speak publicly said Caldwell-Pope is unlikely to be traded.
Since the LA Times report, Caldwell-Pope has been linked with a swap for Jabari Parker of the Chicago Bulls, although these rumors have since been played down, as Parker looks set for a move to the Wizards.
Ultimately, due to Caldwell-Pope's ability to turn down a trade, a move looks highly in the next 24 hours.
