Luguentz Dort had a concussion during an Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Boston Celtics game on March 27, 2021, and he missed seven games. According to the official NBA website, the team declared that he had been added to the NBA's concussion protocol.

Thus, Dort began the Return-to-Participation Protocol, which is required under the NBA's Concussion Policy.
