Cormac Karl "Max" Christie Jr. is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA as of April 2025. Christie is a second-round 35th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft out of Michigan State. He signed a four-year contract with the Lakers worth $32,000,000. Christie joined the Dallas Mavericks on February 2, 2025. In 2023, he won the NBA Cup Championship.
