#2 Dwyane Wade bids farewell to the game in style
When Wade stepped on the court for the last time in his career, the Heat were facing Brooklyn Nets on the road. With huge pressure on the 37-year-old veteran to deliver in his very last game, Wade put together an impressive triple-double and put on a show in the process.
Clearly, past his prime, the 3-time NBA champion scored 25 points, pulled down 11 boards and dished out 10 dimes in the 36 minutes he was on the court. In attendance were Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James and Chris Paul at courtside who jumped with sheer joy as Wade threw his 10th assist to make it the most memorable triple-double of his career.

".. To be able to go out here and understand that my last game, I wanted it to be about my teammates as much as possible. To be able to pass the ball, get the triple-double and all those things. So I accomplished that.", said Wade after the game.
