Meanwhile, the Mavericks suffered their second consecutive loss on Monday. They went down 30-11 in the first quarter against the Memphis Grizzlies and never recovered. Despite a big fourth-quarter run, Dallas still lost 108-88.

After scrimmaging with the NBA’s best players, he is leading the Summer League squad. He is the marquee name in the Heat-Mavericks showdown and will be the biggest difference-maker in the game.
Josh Christopher is also turning heads in Miami’s back-to-back wins. The Houston Rockets’ second-round pick in 2021 has ably backed up Jaquez. Rookie Kel’el Ware is the third name to watch out for from the Heat. The big man is averaging 19.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.0 blocks in just 27 minutes.

Mavericks fans are still waiting for Olivier-Maxence Prosper to have a statement Summer League game. He hasn’t been shooting well and is committing 3.0 turnovers per game. Coach Jared Dudley was disappointed with his entire team and said that they were “embarrassed” by their play. Dudley vowed that his team would have a better showing on Wednesday.
