Micah Potter is a professional basketball player, who plays as the Power Forward/ Small Forward for the Utah Jazz in the NBA. Potter is 6 feet 10 inches (2.08 meters) tall and weighs 248 pounds (112 kg). Potter started his college career at Ohio State University, where he played for the team from 2016 to 2018. While at Ohio State, he scored 4.1 points and 3.1 rebounds per game in his first year and 4.1 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in his second year, as per Sports Reference.

He later transferred to Wisconsin and was forced to sit out the 2018-2019 season because of NCAA transfer rules. According to Sports Reference, Potter scored 10.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game in his junior year and 12.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game in his senior year. He declared for the 2021 NBA Draft but was unfortunately not selected. He later signed a contract with the Miami Heat for the 2021 NBA Summer League. He was then signed to a 10-day contract by the Heat but was eventually cut from the team. After being cut by the Heat, he joined the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the G League. In 2022, Potter signed a two-way contract with the Utah Jazz. As of December 2024, he is a part of the Utah Jazz and their NBA G-League affiliate, Salt Lake City Stars.
