The Milwaukee Bucks and the Indiana Pacers will look to end 2024 on a positive note as they face off on New Year’s Eve. The game will be at the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, where the Pacers have been playing well, with an 8-5 win-loss record.
The Bucks have been inconsistent throughout the year, losing three of their last five games after winning the NBA Cup finals against the OKC Thunder in Las Vegas. Early in the season, Milwaukee started the year with a 2-8 record before finding its stride and returning to winning ways.
The Bucks are sixth spot in the Eastern Conference with a 16-14 record. Meanwhile, the Indiana Pacers scored a massive win against the defending champions Boston Celtics on Sunday night. Against the Bucks, the Pacers can move back to .500 as they now get to a 16-17 record, good for the eighth seed in the East.
The Pacers lost to the Bucks earlier in the season during the NBA Cup. Last season, the Pacers beat the Bucks in the first round of the playoffs to kickstart their deep run, which ended in the Western Conference Finals against the Celtics.
