The Timberwolves are coming off of a 115-110 loss to the New York Knicks on Sunday. While they dropped their first preseason game of the season, Anthony Edwards was lights-out, as he had 31 points on 11-of-19 shooting, including 8-of-13 from the 3-point line. Newly acquired Donte DiVincenzo had a decent outing against his former team, with 15 points and seven assists.
The Bulls lost 111-107 to the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday. With most of their regular starters rested, Adama Sanogo led the team in scoring with 16 points and also added 15 rebounds.
The good news for Chicago fans is that Lonzo Ball is finally expected to play again after more than two years. He's scheduled to feature in some capacity against Minnesota on Wednesday.
