#1 Still a Scoring Force
Much has been made of Carmelo Anthony supposedly being 'washed up', although the 34-year-old's decline has been vastly overestimated. Anthony is not the player that he was during his peak years with the Knicks, however, he is still able to score at a frequency that few others can match.
Despite being used primarily from the bench, Anthony scored at least 20 points in three of his ten appearances for the Rockets, including 28 in just 31 minutes against the Nets. Melo was ultimately used as a scapegoat by the Rockets, as his 13.4 points-per-game were exactly what they asked for when they signed the 10-time All-Star over the summer.

Melo may not still be the top-10 league player that he was for the better part of the decade. However, the former Knicks star still has plenty to offer an NBA team. Hopefully, he will be handed a new opportunity in the coming months.
