2. Kevin Durant
Call Kevin Durant a snake or whatever you want, he still is the second best player in the league. The Warriors star has achieved immense success since coming to the league in 2007. He is one of the best scorers in NBA history. Over his career, he has accumulated many awards including being a 9 time NBA All-Star, an MVP, a 2-time Finals MVP, and a 2 time NBA champion.
While KD won't impose physically the same way LeBron does, his skill on offence to score any way imaginable is what puts him at the number 2 spot. This and his improvement on the defensive end this past year. He has spent a lot of this season improving his game by working towards being an elite two-way player. If he continues on this track, he will rise in the All-time rankings.

The biggest knock that will always be on Durant's resume will be the championships. Joining a 73-9 team sparked a flood of outrage and it has put a huge target on his back from every NBA analyst and critic. Whether or not you hate him, you can't deny his talent.
