#1 Marcin Gortat

During the 2018 off-season, Marcin Gortat joined the Los Angeles Clippers in exchange for Austin Rivers. The center went on to start 43 games in LA, however, the Polish veteran was waived by the Clippers in the days leading up to the 2019 trade deadline.

While the Clippers chose to proceed with younger options, Gortat proved that he still belongs in the NBA during his short time with the team. The 35-year-old averaged 5.0 points and 5.6 rebounds in 16.0 minutes per game, and there is no doubting that the veteran would be both a competitive and experienced addition to the Spurs roster.

Nevertheless, the Polish center has reportedly attracted interest from rival teams including the Toronto Raptors, and the Spurs would need to offer him decent minutes to secure his signature.
