#2 Chris Paul
Chris Paul's season has been by no means disastrous, although statistically, it is one of the worst of his career. After twenty games this season, Paul is currently averaging 16.7 points, 7.9 assists, and 2.3 rebounds. CP3 has not scored so few points-per-game since 2011, while his field goal percentage of .431 is the lowest since his rookie season with the New Orleans Hornets.
The Rockets invested a huge amount of money in the 33-year-old point guard over the summer, and the team desperately needs the 9-time NBA All-Star at his best. His four year $160 million maximum contract extension with the Rockets leaves little room for additions, so if the Rockets are to challenge in this years postseason, CP3 will need to refind his shooting range. Nevertheless, there are some positive signs, as Paul last week dropped 23 points on the Timberwolves while shooting a much better .500 from the field.
