The biggest improvement has been his three-point shooting as Rose who never shot over 35 % from the long range is currently knocking them down at career-high 46.2 % from distance. The Chicago native, who is the youngest ever to win the MVP award, signed a one-year deal worth $2.1 million to stay with the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2018 offseason.

Rose's last All-Star appearance was in 2012 and after a six-year absence, he might make it to the All-Star Game this year. His standout performance of the season came against a team that waived him, Utah Jazz, where he scored career-high 50 points on a solid 19-for-31 shooting, including 4-for-7 from the three-point line.
