#2 Six Lakers' players scored in double-digits

A lot of players showed up for the Lakers in scoring against the Pelicans. While it was LeBron James who led the way with his 33 points, Brandon Ingram added 23 enroute to his fourth straight 20-point game.

Kyle Kuzma, who had 22 points against the Grizzlies in the loss, scored 22 points for the second straight time. Six players scored in double-digits, including Javale McGee who came off the bench and added 10 points.

However, the Lakers' bench got outscored by the Pelicans', 22-35. For the Lakers to reach the playoffs, they need their young core to contribute on a nightly basis and be more consistent without shouldering the entire burden on LeBron James.
As a matter of fact, Brandon Ingram is averaging career-high figures, continues to improve and it is only a matter of time before he becomes an All-Star.
