#1 Bradley Beal scoring game-high points and Otto Porter Jr. finding rhythm
The injury bug has infected what was supposed to be an exciting campaign for the Wizards after coming off last year's playoff campaign, moreover, trade stipulations are taking a toll of the players' morale.
Now that Wizards' All-Star point guard John Wall is out for the entire season with the heel surgery, Bradley Beal has taken the team on his shoulders and they are set to make some sense of the upheaval Wizards are facing.

Beal finished with 25 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds in the win. He shot a below average 10-for-27 from the field but filled the void on the defensive end pulling rebounds and setting up plays for his fellow players.
The other Wizard to step up to the occasion was Otto Porter Jr. who was playing his third game after a 10-game absence due to injury. He popped off for 20 points in 23 minutes with six rebounds, five assists and three blocks.
Coming off the bench and finding rhythm to get back in game shape Otto said that he still feels rusty. "I'm nowhere near where I want to be yet, but each game I'm looking to build on it," he said.
As the Wizards try to put their season together it will be interesting to see how they manage their talents and how they work out trades (if any) before the deadline.
