2. Gary Harris (Denver Nuggets)
Gary Harris has been one of the more consistent guards in the league for the past few years. He was expected to breakout this season but a bunch of injuries spoiled his chance of doing so. His numbers this season are considerably lower than last season's as he is averaging just 13.7 points per game, along with 2.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists a game.
This showed last week too, as he could muster just 1 game with double digits against the Los Angeles Lakers, where he manged to score 19 points in 30 minutes off some impressive shooting, just under 73%. He even had 6 rebounds and 4 assists to give an inkling of hope to the fans that he was back. But his other 2 games against the San Antonio Spurs and the Golden State Warriors, Harris scored 8 and 6 points in 27 and 22 minutes respectively. He could not get anything going for him and did not make a single field goal in the game against the Golden State Warriors. The Nuggets need him playing at his very best if they are to pull off a strong post season run this season.
