#1 Stephen Curry goes berserk

Stephen Curry is already making a strong case for MVP. The two-time MVP has been phenomenal in the first week and he dropped 51 points against the Wizards and lit up the Oracle Arena. He knocked down three-pointers from way downtown and toyed with the Wizards.

Curry finished the historic night, shooting 15-24 from the field, ridiculous 11-16 from beyond the arc and perfect 10-10 from the free-throw line. All of this he did in just 3 quarters and did not play the fourth as the Warriors were up big by the end of the third quarter.

He went on to score 51 points, to go along with 4 rebounds and 3 assists, and the Wizards' defenders had no answer to Curry's red-hot performance. With the unanimous MVP in such a terrific form early in the season, the MVP chants are growing louder with each passing day.
