#1 Player of the Match - Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis had a great offensive night and finished with 29 points 7 assists, four rebounds, two steals and three blocks. He shot two three-pointers which came in as a significant improvement as he has always been weak from beyond the arc.

The best thing about the night was people chanting "MVP...MVP.." for Giannis Antetokounmpo as he finished a drive using a euro step and behind the back combination. Fiserv Forum was too loud tonight, and people were chanting the name of their All-Star who notched up another easy triple-double on the night.

“I try to block it out," Antetokounmpo said. "I know it’s loud; it’s getting louder and louder. I try to block it out and focus on the game. But it was pretty loud. I want to thank the fans for supporting me and supporting our team.”
Giannis was probable for this game due to left foot soreness, but he did not miss the game and played 34 minutes in the match.
Below is what he said about playing through pain:
"I realised that if you quit one time you’re going to keep quitting. I didn’t want to quit on my team, and I didn’t want to quit on myself most importantly.”
