John Wall is the fastest player in the league (Westbrook might have a couple of things to say about it, but he's lost some of his straight line speed from 6-7 years ago) today, and mentally he's faster than just about everyone there is. A pick-and-roll ballhandler par excellence, Wall is the best combination of size, athleticism, passing and defense at the point position.

If only he had a consistent 3-point shot, he'd be challenging for #1 on this list.
