#3 Udonis Haslem (38 years old)
Udonis Haslem went undrafted in the 2002 NBA draft but that did not stop him from entering the NBA. He played for the French team Chalon-Sur-Saone and after the conclusion of the 2002-03 season, he signed with the Miami Heat which is his hometown team.

He was impressive in his rookie season and was named to the All-Rookie Second Team after averaging 7.3 points, 6.3 rebounds. Miami lost in the Eastern Conference Semifinals but Haslem received a high amount of praise for his performances. He re-signed with the Heat on 1-year deals in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Udonis has won three NBA titles (2006,2012,2013) so far and came up big in all those three seasons with some terrific performances. He has played all the 15 seasons in the NBA for Miami Heat and is currently in his 16th season.
