The Celtics have continued to struggle at the start of the season as they still have not figured out how to involve their All-stars and their rising stars in one lineup.

Losing four of their last six games, they have finally managed to get above .500 although they are still dwindling in the low end of the playoffs when they were expected by many to take out the Eastern Conference with ease.

The offense is struggling massively as Stevens attempts to integrate Hayward back into the starting lineup continue to fail, rank 27th in the league currently. While it was only last season that Stevens was being cherished as one of, if not the best coach in the league he has struggled this season to sort out his rotations and allow his team to win games.

The Celtics need a change, and while it most likely won't come at the head coach position, they need to move some pieces because what they have now just isn't fitting.
