#4 Rudy Gobert
Time to focus on the other side of the ball. The two-time Defensive Player of the Year is still yet to make an All-Star team despite his awards and being named to the All-NBA teams for the second year in a row. All basketball fans will remember the viral video of him in tears when he heard he had not made it to this year's All-Star team.
He's coming off a season where he averaged 15.9 points, 12.9 rebounds and close to 2.5 blocks a game. Utah had a very impressive off-season and will be looking to contend for the championship next season. He can hold back the tears next year because we should expect Rudy Gobert to be found on the court for the 2020 NBA All-Star.

#3 Pascal Siakam
The 2018-19 Most Improved Player should see another jump next season as he becomes the Raptors' primary scorer. Pascal Siakam is one of the most hardworking players on the team and is constantly looking to improve his game.
He is coming off a season in which he averaged close to 17 points, 7 rebounds and around 3 assists a game. With these stats, he was considered a borderline All-Star last season. With Leonard off in California, expect Siakam to be scoring around 22 points a game with improved rebounding and passing to hopefully reach All-Star status next season.
