#2 Kendrick Nunn - Miami Heat
After missing three straight games due to an Achilles injury, Kendrick Nunn returned to the court last week as he featured for 17 minutes against the Magic. While his impact was limited against Orlando, Nunn posted nine points, three rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 24 minutes against the Sixers on Monday.
After proving his fitness, Nunn's minutes should return to normal this week, and with season averages of 15.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game - the guard remains a threat to the leading contender.

#1 Ja Morant - Memphis Grizzlies
Ja Morant may have missed out on the 2020 All-Star Game, although the dynamic point guard can fall back on the fact that he has been the standout rookie of the season so far. Over the past seven days, Morant shot over 50 percent from the field as the Grizzlies picked up three more vital wins. Memphis' only defeat came against the Pelicans, although Morant performed well, contributing 16 points on 7-for-12 shooting.
Only Williamson is averaging more than Morant's 17.3 points per game, while the 20-year-old comfortably leads rookies in assists per contest (7.1). While concerns were raised over his shooting, Morant is shooting 49.2 percent from the field and 38.5% from beyond the arc - and he remains the clear favorite to be named 2020 ROY.
