Thurmond averaged 7 points and 10.4 rebounds in his first NBA season and was named to the NBA All-Rookie team in 1964. During his first season, Nate mainly played a supporting role to Wilt Chamberlain.

After Wilt's departure, Thurmond took over the Center position and finished with averages of 16.5 ppg and 18.1 rpg.

He helped the Warriors reach 1967 NBA Finals but lost to 76ers. Nate played seven All-Star games as the member of the Warriors. He is one of five players in NBA history to average at least 20 rebounds per game during a season.

Chris Mullin played with the Warriors from the 1985-97 and then returned for another season (2000-01) before retiring.

For five consecutive seasons, from 1988 until 1993, Mullin scored an average of 25 or more points and five rebounds.

He has established himself as one of the most versatile players in the league. Mullin is a five-time All-Star. On April 4, 2011, Mullin was inducted to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Hall of Famer Rick Barry is the only player ever to lead the NCAA, NBA, and ABA in scoring. He scored more than 25,000 points in his professional career and in four different seasons averaged more than 30 points.

During his time with the Warriors, he won the NBA title (their first in 19 years) and was Finals MVP. Barry averaged 30.6 points per game, led the league in free throw percentage (.904) , steals per game (2.9), and ranked sixth in assists per game (6.2).
