Kobe Bryant is a 5-time NBA champion and played in 20 seasons in the NBA. The 18-time All-Star spent his entire career with the Los Angeles Lakers and carried the bulk of the Lakers' offensive load on his shoulders.

He is also one of the very few NBA players who got both the jerseys retired. His jersey numbers 8 and 24 were retired by the Los Angeles Lakers. Although he entered the league as 13th overall pick and only made it to the All-Rookie Second Team, he worked very hard throughout his career and ended his career as one of the greatest players of all-time.
A lot of youngsters in the league call Kobe their role model and look up to him with great respect. The black mamba was known for scoring points effortlessly and was a brilliant turn around jump shooter. He is the only player who came to lose to breaking Chamberlain's 100-points in a game record and scored 81 points in 2006 against the Toronto Raptors. In his 20-year stint, he scored more than 50 points on 25 nights.
