C 1 - Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers):
The Philadelphia 76ers have been a team who are on the verge of figuring out how to play elite basketball with each other, which will unlock them and take them to the next level. They traded for Jimmy Butler by sending Dario Saric and Robert Covington off to the Minnesota Timberwolves this season, showing that the Process seems to be truly at an end.
They are currently 4th in the Eastern Conference with a 21-12 record and just 3.5 games behind the Raptors. When Joel Embiid plays well, the team seems to play well too and win most of the time.

Embiid has been superb for the 76ers this season, averaging over 26 points per game this season, along with 13 rebounds and under 4 assists per game too. His rim blocking ability has only gotten better, as he is averaging a great 1.8 blocks per game.
In the previous game, a win over the New York Knicks, Embiid scored an efficient 24 points in 26 minutes and still managed to get 10 rebounds along with 4 assists and a block. He seems to be the key in the 76ers plan and look for them to go for the win against an injury-ridden Raptors team tomorrow.
Alternate pick: Steven Adams (Oklahoma City Thunder)
